Return Policy
Peas In a Pod Designs strives to create special pieces for each of our customers. It is our goal to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your order. Due to the nature of most of our products being one of a kind, custom designed, or personalized many items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged in shipping. Before you place your order please verify that you are selecting the correct item, the customization request and any other that any other detail meets your needs. No return or exchange will be available for user or customer error.
If an item is defective or damaged, we will make it right. If you receive your product defective or damaged, please let us know within seven (7) days of receiving your order so we can replace it for you. Return shipping on damaged or defective items is on us. When filing a claim for said item, you must send us a photo of the item(s) and of the damage and/or defect, as well as a photo of the damaged packaging, if applicable. Damaged packaging will be matched against photos from UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc., in order to determine fault or whether the item was not damaged or defective item will be accepted as a return. Standard Returns
If an item is not custom, is not one-of-a-kind, is not personalized, it may be returned to us with in fourteen (14) days of delivery according to the carriers delivery date. It must be received back to us in new condition. In order to return your item, please email Jayme@peasinapoddesigns.com.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
